Please read before playing
These terms govern use of Reelquary. Before entering, review these terms and the Privacy Policy, select the agreement checkbox and choose "Agree & Continue". If you do not agree, do not continue into the game. You can read both documents again in Settings. Reading, scrolling or switching documents does not record agreement, spend coins or start a spin.
1. Virtual coins only
This game provides simulated slots for entertainment. Coins, bets, wins and multipliers are virtual game values, with no cash value. The game offers no deposits, real-money wagering, cash withdrawals, transfers or redemption for money, goods or other prizes of value. Virtual coins cannot be purchased or traded in the game. Do not use the game to organize gambling or sell virtual balances.
2. Spins and rewards
Eligible winning positions, symbol payouts and feature rules are shown in the game's paytable. Paid spins spend virtual coins; awarded free spins do not. Machines have different active positions and payout rules. Positions outside a machine's active area do not pay. Rewards and high-win presentations do not represent real-world earnings, financial opportunity or a promise about future results.
3. Responsible use
Use the game in accordance with applicable law. Do not attack the game, run malicious scripts, damage another person's device or infringe another person's rights. Do not present game screenshots as evidence of real financial winnings or ask others for payments, withdrawal fees or account credentials related to this game.
4. Local progress
Balances and progress are saved on your device. There is no account recovery or cross-device synchronization. Clearing app data, deleting the app, device failure or modifying saves may permanently remove progress. Avoid clearing data during a round. Completed, recorded round settlements determine the virtual balance; visual effects and counting animations do not create additional rewards.
5. Game content
The game's software, artwork and audio are protected by their respective intellectual-property rights and licenses. Using the game does not transfer ownership of that content. Do not copy, sell or distribute content in a way that infringes those rights. Uses permitted by applicable law or the relevant license remain permitted.
6. Audience and well-being
This simulated-slots game is intended for adults and is not intended for children. Take breaks and keep play from interfering with daily life. If flashing lights, motion or sound cause discomfort, stop playing. Sound can be turned off in Settings. Virtual coins do not justify spending real money.
7. Changes to the game and your entry choice
The optional "Remember my agreement on this device" checkbox remembers your agreement for the current document version only. The Privacy Policy opens first on each launch; remembering agreement lets you close it and continue without repeating the agreement checkbox. Leaving it unchecked requires a new confirmation on the next launch. Opening these documents in Settings does not alter your saved choice. Updated document versions require a new entry confirmation. Features, visuals and rules may change in later versions; your current agreement does not grant permissions or consent for future information collection.
8. Your legal rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove responsibility required by applicable law. If you disagree with the terms, you may stop using the game and delete its local data. Any dispute is subject to applicable law.
